Here, the NUMROTOplus® software proves an almost unlimited programming possibility due to its high flexibility. Due to many years of experience and cooperation with various manufacturers, all common standard tools can be programmed with very few input parameters. There are also hardly any limits for shapes (DXF). Through the freely programmable contours, through the editor already built into the software, all possible DXF files can be created or imported. A large number of probing options are available for this purpose. This means that you are always in a position to reproduce other manufacturers’ tools very easily.

Micro Tools

Especially in the field of micro-tools, the “measuring machine accuracy” of the granite frame principle of the HAWEMAT PräzisaGranit comes into its own.

The combination of vibration damping mineral cast base plus solid granite frame allow highest accuracies at smallest thermal movements. In combination with an automatic multiple grinding wheel changer and the standard direct drive up to 2,000 rpm. micro-milling and micro-drilling tools can be produced in one clamping.

A wide variety of workpiece support and guidance systems are also available for this tool area.

Whether for standard or also for very complex DXF contours, the possibilities for grinding are almost unlimited. There is also a wide range of clamping options. Turning steels can also be clamped with a very high degree of accuracy. Form plates can also be clamped in almost all variants.
